How to resolve charging Issues with AirPods Pro?

I wonder if anyone else is having issues with charging?

I wipe them off every time I use them and clean the case regularly.

I have had trouble since day one. The issues are mainly have the left not charged when I take it out of the case. However today they were both dead, no charge at all.

I have over a one year time frame.

Had a left pod replaced, had the case replaced.

All this with numerous trips into the Apple Store in South bend , Indiana.

I can’t say I haven’t been helped but this issue is driving me crazy, not what I expected with a “PRO” product.

The last time I was in the tech suggested I just buy a different brand (???)

I just got off the phone with tech support once again and they offered an express replacement.

I will probably try that.

But I’m just reaching out to see if this is a common issue. The tech support so far acts like they have never seen this before and look at me like I’m crazy.
