Notes not working with IOS 18 Update

I updated my iPhone 13 max to IOS 18 from 16.1.1 today and now the Notes app is not working. Every time I open the app it opens the same note, and when I click back I am unable to click anything else on the screen. I have power cycled the phone and hard reset the phone and no success. Please help as I use this app thorughout the day for work. Thank you
