“Contact your card issuer for more information.” I’m receiving this message when I try adding my chase bank debit card

A charge was made from my Apple Wallet through Apple Pay not my actual bank card, and I received a fraud alert iMessage sent from my chase app asking if it was or wasn’t me I clicked ‘No’ and it canceled the card I had, and mailing me a new one, once i received the new card I tried to add it to my Apple and multiple times try after try the same message which is “Contact your card issuer for more information.” Is the only thing that was doing and showing up after try every way possible of adding my new chase card to my Apple Wallet.

Either Chase or the Payment Network Operator (Visa, MasterCard) have your account blocked because of the past fraud.


Apple does not approve or decline cards for Apple Wallet. The information you share is sent to your bank and the PNO for verification and approval.
