I have an Ipad which is old model.so it is not update uper ios 12. But using my apple id i can't download any app.But in a computer shop when another apple id logined than the apps download easily. But he can't give me his apple id.so how i download any apps using my apple id.
if anyone solve it please help me

There are almost no apps available for iOS 12 these days. I don't know what the person at the store was doing but it wasn't downloading apps unless it was the very few that are still available for iOS 12. It isn't a matter of the Apple Account being used, it depends upon the age of the hardware and iOS version being used.
Do not let somebody else log in on your iPad. That's a great way for somebody to basically take over your equipment until you pay them to log out again.
The iPad is to old and computer shop guy I suspect is a Certified Apple Technician.
