After updating my iPhone 11 to iOS 18, I’ve noticed that the new volume control animations aren’t working (bulge animation when you press a button). When I adjust the volume, the animations don’t appear. I’ve tried restarting the device, but the issue persists. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Any solutions or settings I should check?

The reason it won’t appear on iPhone 11 is because it has an lcd display. On other models like the iPhone XS will appear since it has an OLED display. The dark bezels on the iPhone 11, XR, SE 1st gen, and SE 2nd gen would blend in together with the lcd display. This is because OLED displays can turn off individual pixels.

Not true because we included them on iPhone XS and XS max, the real reason is because of the lcd displays
I also have the same problem, I'm just guessing that it’s because the bezels are too thick on the iPhone 11, but if that is the reason then they should make the animations work the budging thingy animation.
If it's as you say, it's really funny because when aligning animations or other UI elements, the safeArea(which is the inside of the frame) is used. This shouldn't have slipped past Apple s attention.
