Lock & Home Screen design with different icons and widgets

I love the new customization that has been added to the iphone. There is one thing I'm curious about:

I'm wondering if there is a way to set specific wallpaper, both lock and home screen, with specific icons and widgets. For example, Let's say I customize my home and lock screen; in addition I organize the widgets. But now I want to change it up. Different wallpapers and widgets. Is there a way save what I put together and then change it to something different?

Basically I want to be able to change the wallpapers and the widgets at the same time.

Is that possible?
