German voice over movies

I this is the second time that I ordered a moie from Apple Tv (trying to form a library) and couldn't watch the film! French and Turkish films can only be watched in German, even though their introductions say that there is an optional German voice-over in addition to their own language. How can I get a refund? Thanks!
