Unable to see Aipods 2nd Gen case battery %

I have a new Airpods Pro 2. Everything works fine but I am unable to see battery percentage for aipods case. I have spoke to apple support, visited apple service centres but no one is ready to help and says that there is no issue with the airpods. I have troubleshoot with them and reset my aipods, updated firmware and the last option was format my phone which i did but still it’s the same. Even apple doesn’t know what is the issue. Just getting frustrated and no one is ready accept that there is a issue from apple.
