Can't add or edit a contact in my iPhone 12

When I try to add or edit a contact in my iPhone 12 I get bombarded with popups requesting that I sign in with my Yahoo account and my Google account. I have turned of the third party sign in prompts in Google but it’s still happening. I see a link that states “To disable the Sign in with Google sign-in prompt on Android, go to your Sign in with Google settings” but nothing about iPhones. I haven’t seen anything when I sign into yahoo that would let me disable their popups. These two popups alternate quickly and I have to quickly hit cancel and swipe out of my contacts to stop the insanity! Any ideas on how to make this go away. Thanks.
