Are there any known issues with the iOS 18 Update?

I have iOS 18.1 it has lots of issues my iPhones always buffering especially gps I have 3 different apps they all buffer Apple Maps the worse movie apps phone glitches Apple Music issues camera issues

If your phone is able to connect to your WiFi network but not access the internet, that would indicate a problem with the WiFi network. Try unplugging the router, waiting a couple of minutes and plugging it back in.

Same issue, and no VPN. If I reset network settings, WiFi will work for a few minutes, then it stops. It stays connected, and I can see occasional LAN and WAN up and down traffic from my iPhone's IP address (on the AP and router, respectively), but the iPhone indicates no internet service, can't pick-up eMail, can't browse, and can't even ping the AP it's connected to. The fact that I can see traffic on the WAN and LAN suggests to me that the incoming traffic (to the iPhone) is somehow getting blocked at the iPhone.

I’m having problems connecting to my WiFi since the update to 18.1?by phone and iPad. I can no longer just tap it on, I have to find it then add it each time. The settings re-configuration is a right pain as well as you need to scroll down then scroll down again in you want to take cookies off safari (my finger is getting quite sore now) Definitely wouldn’t recommend iPhone anymore 😏.

Just got an answer about creating a shortcut to delete cookies & history data from my iPhone instead of scrolling down to apps and scrolling down again. I’m not tech savvy as some but I cannot do this. Both me and my husband are of the mind if it ain’t broke don’t fix it and we were happy with our phones before this update !

In my phone when i play a song and lock the screen the music is also stop playing and start. All the time the screen on and off the music is also stop. Also sometimes the volume suddenly gets soo loud. Soo annoying. How to fix this issues..

I am in 18.0.1 ****. I have a variety of issues. Cannot send pictures through text, the alerts on my earphones are so loud. I’m playing music and I get a text message. It is like at 10 times the volume of the music. Things just are not stable in a variety of the apps.

Since updating my IPhone 14 to IOS18 I now struggle to delete my emails.

I now have to switch off my phone and then switch back on again to fix issue but this only lasts for a short time.

My phone was working perfectly well before this update.

This is the first time that I have had any issues with an update so hopefully it can be quickly resolved.

go into setting and turn off battery optimization; problem eliminated. Since it is meant to extend your battery's life, I hope you won't come back to complain that your battery needs replaced sooner than expected.

In settings > messages Make Send as SMS ON

Zero issues with iOS 18 or 18.0.1.

I do agree with battery issues I have iPhone 14 Plus should not be having these issues
