I have Two Step Verification set up on my Amazon account. Unfortunately, I have stopped receiving the OTP texts, meaning I am locked out of my Amazon and Audible accounts. Have contacted Amazon who insist they are sending them. Have contacted my TSP who is not blocking them. I’ve also checked the blocked callers list on my phone and that’s not the issue. Anyone else had this problem and how did you resolve it?

Check with your cell provider, they should have a record of the text whether it is blocked or not. If they have no record, then it is apparent the problem lies with Amazon and Audible, as there is no way your phone is going to get a SMS message if your carrier does not see it either. Verify on those services that the phone number to send the OTP is correct and follow up with them for further support.
