What causes a Black Screen on my Apple Watch Face after the watchOS 11 update?

Since updating my iPhone and Watch, my watch face is having issues. It is often black even after pushing buttons and scrolling. I can scroll down and see notifications, or up to see the apps, but the main face to see the time and photo is black or frozen. I’ve reset multiple times. Is there a fix, or is it a known issue that will (hopefully) be resolved with the next update?
