i saw in the wallet all that i needed to delete then re-add my bank card for apple to work properly. i deleted it but i’ve been failing to re-add it. it always shows that to add cards in the wallet, i need to look for the specific sign in websites, apps etc. (which i tried with my bank’s app but it always shows the same message, i don’t know what to try anymore)

This does not apply for credit/debit cards. Instead this applies. Be certain you meet all requirements, including country of residence, shown near the top here.
