MacBook 16 Power Outlet on left side of keyboard -- can you charge your MacBook from the right side?

This seems like a stupid issue, but it really isn't. I purchased a MacBook 16 in August. The port for the power cable is on the left side of my keyboard when I am typing on it. Due to space and outlet issues, having the power port on the left side causes a variety of issues. Is there any way to power your MacBook 16 from the right side? In all other Apple Products I have owned, the port for the power cable was either centrally located on the device, or you had the ability to charge your device from either side. As far as I can tell, it seems like you can only power your MacBook from the left side. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Please advise, thanks.

Macs can be charged via the Thunderbolt (USB-C) ports as well as via the MagSafe charger port. You can connect a USB-C charging cable from the power supply to any Thunderbolt port on either side, and your Mac will charge.
