This Asus Zen Drive device worked flawlessly when burning music CDs from my iTunes library with High Sierra. It will NOT complete the burn process with Catalina. I have ruined 3 new blank CDs in my attempts.

Talk to ASUS. I doubt that they still provide firmware updates for this device, and if its firmware is incompatible with Catalina, you are in the market for a new drive where the vendor clearly states it is compatible with Catalina or later.
