Face ID isn’t working on iPhone 14 Pro after iOS 18 Update

Since updating my iPhone 14Pro, my Face ID isn’t working and can’t update the face date. Did an online chat and although Jonathan worked hard to resolve this issue, he couldn’t.

i am completely frustrated and don’t know where to turn for help.

Face ID on my iPhone 13 Pro stopped working after updating to iOS 17.4.1 So I updated my IPhone13 pro with the latest one and since the update - Face ID would not work. I did the reset setting, hard restart, even reset Face ID but it won’t let me since it’s asking for Face ID haha! Even spoke to two Apple support but they did not resolved the issue. Face ID not working on iPhone 13 mini When I try to setup my Face ID again, I get the message that Face ID is not available and to try setting it up later. It was working fine until it updated to iOS 16.6.1.

My iPhone says "Face ID not available", how do I fix it? My face ID is not working after this latest 17.6.1 update. Do you know of any way to fix this? Device Model iPhone 15 [Re-Titled by Moderator]
