That is NOT a low percentage after 10 months. On average, you can expect to see about a 1% drop in Battery Health per month of ownership. There is nothing wrong with your battery as it is doing exactly what batteries do. And that is with every full cycle charge, they lose a little of their health and that can't be stopped.

Depending on usage, that is normal and is nothing to worry about. Generally, Apple will replace the battery under warranty if the battery health falls below 80% during the first year.
