Outlook website opens up fine, but as I try to download an attachment or reply to email, the website crashes. It tries to reload the page multiple times before crashing.

Hello, Kamal_Ahluwalia

If the Outlook website crashes on Safari and Chrome after the iOS 18 update, it could be due to browser compatibility issues, corrupted cache, or specific changes in iOS 18 that affect web performance.

Here are some steps that may help:

Clear Cache and Cookies

  • Safari: Go to SettingsSafariClear History and Website Data.
  • Chrome: Open the Chrome app, go to SettingsPrivacyClear Browsing Data, and select Cached Images and Files and Cookies.

Update Browsers

  • Ensure both Safari and Chrome are updated to their latest versions. Browser updates may include compatibility fixes for new iOS versions.

Use Private Browsing Mode

  • Open Outlook in Private Mode or Incognito in both browsers. If it works, issues may be related to stored cache or cookies.
