Apple Intelligence brings incredible new features across iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
Just trade in my iPhone 12 Pro Max for the 16 expecting it to have all the features that were advertised with Apple Intelligence.
But instead I got a phone virtually the same as my 12 with a bit of a hardware upgrade.

So I’m with Rogers, I’ve got the IPhone 16 pro max. I think I heard the AI will be released near the end of October ? Is that correct ??

Hello again ~ I wouldn’t consider asking you to have a bit of patience to be a lecture. I am however quite the expert in giving lectures…so if you would like one I can certainly help you out in that regard. Return or sell your iPhone if it doesn’t suit your needs. You have a great day yourself.

It shouldn't take a week to prepare Apple Intelligence. I'd reach out to Apple as you can't be disappointed with features you still don't have. If you're in the US, call Apple at: 800-MY-APPLE
