How can I stop SIM Card alerts on my iPhone?

Sometimes (at least 2 times a day) when I'm using the iPhone, a sound plays and displays a notification on the cell phone screen informing me that my SIM card (Carrier SIM Card) played a sound, asking me to accept or cancel. What is it? Can someone explain it to me? Thank you ...
