Can I order a new iPhone online to ship to home, but trade-in my old one at my local Apple Store?

Per the title, I'd prefer to order a new iPhone and have it shipped to my house instead of pickup at my local Apple Store. But for the trade-in of my old iPhone, can I then take it to the local Apple Store to trade instead of mailing it in? Thanks.

Trade-In phone required to transfer info to new phone I have pre-ordered the new iPhone and have chosen to trade in my old phone. They will be sending me a kit which I need to return within 14 days. In the past when purchasing a new phone I usually walk into an Apple Store and have them transfer all my personal data and settings from the current phone to the one I purchase. ordered iphone online and home delivery, in store trade in? Can you do an iphone trade-in in store, after purchasing new iphone online and delivered to home address? I prefer in-store trade-in because too many reported issues regarding trade in by mail.

Yes, but those are two separate transactions; the money you get will be on a gift card.
