We have reported this issue over 5 times on the community and the previous thread was viewed over 35000 times and 500+ people have reported the same issue. I would like someone from Apple and Verizon to address this issue. The previous thread was closed even though it was still active and not resolved.

Not an Apple issue nothing for them to talk about, voicemail has always and will always be a phone carrier feature. If you want to hear from Verizon visit your local store and ask to speak to a tech and not salesperson, or call Verizon and ask for a tech.
