Can I turn off effort rating prompts after workouts on my Apple Watch?

I have had the update with this feature for 2 weeks. I have a very consistent training routine and have goals set in time for cardio and in calories for hiit. I can tell how many active calories I will burn on each one to a fairly close range. With the new feature I find now that with very close bpm average, the calorie burn during my workouts of the same length in time vary greatly and I would like to go back to what I know. Can I turn this feature off? If so, how?

Not sure if this helps but I’m going to try this:

On Your Watch

Go to the Settings app

Tap Workout

Tap Post-Workout Reminder

Turn on the option to confirm or adjust the effort rating each time you save a workout

I found that the prompt to rate your effort can interfere with other workout apps and not log the health data properly.
