ios 18 ipad interface problem swiping apps away
When instagram is opened per example it is difficult to swipe it away to move to next app.

Switching between Apps should be straightforward - using the App Switcher page...
To expose the App Switcher, simply swipe upwards with your finger from below the active portion of the screen, to the middle of the screen - and pause briefly - before lifting your finger. Once visible, you can switch between open Apps by tapping the corresponding App thumbnail.
Open Apps can also be closed by swiping the corresponding App thumbnail off the top of the screen.
Alternatively, the App Switcher can be summoned by a double-click of the Home button on iPads so equipped.
