Unable to input Chinese whose code is single key with Wubi input method in web text field

Open Safari, choose any web page with text field. Focus on the text field, use Wubi input method, type a single key like `q`, it should show character `我` as one of the candidates. However, it actually shows empty in the candidate bar. This is an issue occurred since iOS 16 or iOS 17. Characters whose code are multiple keys work as expected.

This issue actually affects all WebView based applications on iOS.
