is there away to have maps open up an app upon approching home

When I had Samsung there was a way that when you approached or leave home it would open up an app with my gate key. Does apple have a way to accomplish this? I can’t setup under home scenario it’s not possible.

Is there a way of turning off the Apple Maps “feature” that automatically selects home as your destination When ever you set off Is there a way of turning off the Apple Maps “feature” that automatically selects home as your destination whenever you connect to CarPlay away from your home address? It’s creepy and irritating that it makes assumptions about where you are going. A previous solution was to turn off important locations under the privacy settings, but this setting no longer exists as far as I can tell. I'd really appreciate any help.

Navigation in dynamic island cannot be terminated Dear Apple community, Apps like Strava or google maps show a location activity in dynamic island in form of a navigation arrow. It is not possible to remove this activity from the dynamic island by swiping left or right. You can easy test this by starting a google maps navigation, go back to iOS desktop, and try to remove the dynamic island icon by swiping. This is very disturbing, because i use the dynamic island to show my heart rate during activities. In fact that strava is running in the background to record my activity, the dynamic island is blocked. Is there a possibility to disable this? Or is it an ios bug? Thanks Michael

Martra ~ Yes, you can set up a personal automation triggered by 'Arrive' in Apple's Shortcuts app:
