iOS 17 update and have new icon can I can't make out.

Just updated iOS 17.7 and I have a new icon, looks like an iPhone with a circle going around it. Have no idea what it is and on an SE it is so **** small it is hard to see. Of course there is no information to be found any where . I know, I don't have the latest and greatest so to **** with me - right Apple.
