The sound of my new MacBook Air is very loud Please change format

I have just bought a MacBook Air M2 a week ago, it seems to me like when I first bought it but its sound is very loud, when you listen to it at 70% of the speaker it also sounds loud but now when you listen to it at 100% it also sounds less like this It is not that much less. yes but I feel like it is less than before

Loud headphone audio despite low volume settings on MacBook Air My sound audio input/output settings were around the middle before the problem. Whatever the default is. I tried adjusting them lower and it actually plays the sound loudly. The bar is at the lowest volume it can be in "output volume" but my headphones play the sound so loud it hurts. How to fix MacBook Air built-in speaker and quicktime player errors on macOS Monterey My MacBook Air is behaving very wierd in the last 2 months. I think it is due to automatic software updates that gets pushed. The mic, speaker and Quicktime player works one day and doesnt work the next day and then it works automatically by itself the day after and so on. I don't have external speaker, mic or anything. All are in built ones and I don't connect any of them either. Upon going to Apple Icon -> System Preferences -> Sound -> Output it is empty Upon going to Apple Icon -> System Preferences -> Sound -> Input it is empty I don't touch anything here. It disappears on day 1, comes back on day 2, goes away on day 3, comes back on day 4 and so on like a visitor and troubles me. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Your post is very difficult to understand. If the speakers are too loud turn down the volume.
