Saved contact showing "Maybe:" and "To:" on iMessage notification

My partner has iMessage enabled with the phone number and email (same as I do) but when I got an iMessage notification from her it shows up as "Maybe: {Her name} To: you and {Her Name}" and this is really bugging me. I have tried every that I found online, even deleted and added back her contact but nothing seems to work. Any help?
