VIX subscription cancellation didnt take place...
Back on July 14 2024 I mistakenly subscribed in my phone to Vix and that was around 5pm... I got busy.. didnt realize this.. until the following morning July 15.. and I called Vix they said to let apple know.. so I requested a refund on July 15 to apple... and I thought that was taken care of... I have been sick here and there so I had not checked my online account... and now I am checking and the cancellation never took place and they charged me $49.99 - I have never used this service and the service itself is useless it is a bunch of old spanish movies... from I what I checked last time...
so... how do I get Apple to refund me this... ??
