I attempted to disable Stolen Device Protection. the iphone tries to use face it but it does not recognize my face. I Enter the passcode but it it just tries to use face id again. How can i disable Stole device protection if face ID no longer works on my phone?

I have same issue but it is Touch ID only on iPhone SE2, and I am at home. Looks like I will have to wipe the phone using find my, if I can and restore. It is a spare phone for emergencies but this is not a good solution and will remove it in future. I do however have 10 goes on passcode and it will then erase so may just have to do that. Any other ideas? Thanks.

It normally would be, but for some reason in your case it apparently is not.
