Unable to disable Face ID or Stolen Device Protection on iPhone

Hello, I am having an issue with my iPhone. I cannot turn off the Stolen Device Protection feature because my Face ID is not working. Unfortunately, I am also unable to disable Face ID in the settings, which leaves me stuck. Could you please help me find a solution to either disable Face ID or turn off Stolen Device Protection? Thank you in advance.

Get your phone repaired so FaceID is working.

For the iPhone Service Answer Center click here --> Choose Your Country or Region - Apple Support

Select your country.

For a cost estimate:

- Scroll down to "Get an estimate"

- Enter the service required

- Enter the iPhone model you have

- Enter the version of that model

- Click "Get estimate"
