How factory reset my iPhone 16 Plus without erasing my information?

I was setting up my phone for large font and I must have hit something wrong, I can’t make calls or receive calls my screen goes back to the home screen and if I call a number more than once before the other person hangs up it layers the calls and each call has to be hung up, it’s not a phone problem it’s a “ I don’t know my phones yet problem.
