iphone 13 pro max messed after white screen display fix

We got a white display screen issue and went to singapore branch. Upon changing the display screen, we realised battery charging was not happening and showing 0% always.

This never happened before and they are not ready to fix the issue and told us might charge be up to 950 SGD to fix this issue.

Very very worst experience and felt cheated on the way handled the issue.

anyone encountered such issue of battery issues after repair done by Apple support.

It doesn't matter whether anyone else has had this happen to them. It happened to you and the right course of action is to take it back where you had the screen repaired and show it to them.
