How to delete Apps from my iPhone?

I go into my app store and see all my apps. When I swipe left I am not getting a delete option, I am getting hide. How do delete apps more efficiently? I don't just want to hide, I want to delete.

Hold your finger on any app you want to delete and all the apps will start to jiggle. See the - sign and tap it and you'll be offered the option to delete the app, then confirm.

If you can't do that, Open the Settings App, then Screen Time. Find Content & Privacy Restrictions, then look for iTunes & App Store Purchased and make sure everything is marked Allow.
