Music App - Search error: "Something went wrong. Please try again later."

Glad that someone else has the same issue as mine. I hope this will got fixed soon, not telling us to upgrade to newer version of OS.

So at what point does Apple acknowledge there’s a problem and maybe update us that a fix is underway ?

Appledev please fix this, it's super annoying and making your subscription service impossible to use.

Well, I didn’t do anything and multi-word search started working again. Could this have been some back end server issue instead. Will be waiting to see if others find it working again.

This may well have been a server-side issue. The issue appears to be resolved as of October 26.

I can perform multiple keyword searches now without problems in Apple Music on Sonoma 14.7.

The MacRumors forum on which Apple Music issues are collectively gathered and reported also mentioned that this is not an issue for them, so I suspect it has been fixed on the Apple server side.

I had to quit and launch the Music app for it to take effect but searching is back!

I was experiencing this error on Sonoma 14.7 but, after updating to 14.7.1, which included Music 1.4.6.32, I am no longer getting this error.

I’m experiencing the same issue. The Music app on my Apple TV is also affected. What parts of the country do you who have the issue live in. I'm in the midwest. It could be a server issue on Apple’s end.

Same here, it has been going on/off for some weeks, seems the place where you will type you search term is rather touchy.

Sometimes I take my iPad and get the answer promptly, mostly, but its a strange situation.

I'm having the same problem on Macbook Pro 2020 M1 (iOS is fine). I can't access the Apple Music page for any artist by searching. Clicking on an artist's name in my library sometimes works. Tried restarting, signing out and back in--problem persists.

I'm having this issue as well on my macOS, started a few days ago. Works fine on the web app and on my iphone ios. I've tried sign out and in and restart my mac, but no luck. I guess installing the new Sequoia OS will probably fix it.

Having the same issue just in the last 2 days - likewise since updating to 14.7. No VPN and stable FTTP with speeds of 500mb down and 80mb up speeds. Typically fixes itself after a few minutes and is then OK.
