Video won't play and message pops up while watching shows on Apple TV
Video not playing message comes up when trying to watch shows on my TV apple app How to solve this?

Panasonic TV
Panasonic has been using Android TV, Fire TV, Firefox OS, Viera Connect, Viera Cast platforms, so these are all quite different for an app perspective. Not sure if all these were eligible for the Apple TV app? I think select 2017 and later models Panasonic TV would support the Apple TV app.
- Try restarting the TV (not standby but really off for a moment, either by disconnecting from power, or through a software restart function),
- Try to delete and re-install the Apple TV app,
- Review: If you can't watch or stream movies and TV shows in the Apple TV app - Apple Support
- Else contact Apple Support for assistance.
