I logged into Apple TV at an airbnb smart TV. I now need to log out of that device remotely as I am no longer there. Apple TV is the one and only apple service I use. I cannot see such an option - just "sign out of all web browsers" in the apple tv settings. Does this cover devices like smart tvs or not?

Then this recommended procedure would include web access to a device list:
Check your Apple Account device list to find where you’re signed in - Apple Support
This allows one to remotely sign out. (It doesn’t remove the account listing from the device though.)
The other option is to contact the Airbnb and ask the owner or caretaker to sign you out for that device.
