How do I remotely sign out Apple TV+ from a device I no longer have access to?
Changing the password does not sign your apple tv+ out of all devices where it's logged in.

First remove the device from your account.
Check your Apple Account device list to find where you’re signed in - Apple Support
Then change the Password on your account so it cannot sign back in.
