Unable to send Group text Between iPhone and Android IOS 18

You'll need to report the issue to your phone carrier, MMS is their feature.

Group message between an iphone and android is MMS, which again is your phone carrier features.

Have you called yoru phone carrier, or you're just going to keep ignoring what I'm telling you to do.

No, MMS is yoru phone carrier feature not Apples, you're not sending an imessage text.
