How to fix iPad keyboard randomly typing letters?

All of a sudden my keyboard randomly n types in the letter n when I’m not hitting nit as you can see here n

Left side of iPhone SE keyboard popping up letters without typing I am having issues with My IPhone SE. Left side of the keyboard works uncontrollably when I get close to the screen. Are you using an external keyboard with your iPad, or just the on-screen keyboard?
