Sent MacBook Air A3 in for repair (NEW PURCHASE DAYS OLD) Apple repair sent it back with note the problem couldn't be duplicated - no call back.

MacBook Air 15″, macOS 14.6

If you bought your Mac from an authorized dealer (Amazon sells direct but there are also non-authorized 3rd party sellers) less than 14 days ago, you can return it. Especially if you were planning to take the Mac into battle or use it to control an airplane with your family onboard.

I sent the MacBook Air M3 NEW from Amazon to Apple Support for repair and this far the service was spectacular... now I receive notification the MBA M3 is being returned without being repaired with the note the problem could not be repeated.


without a call to discuss this with me - my confidence in this device is forfeit... do you understand that? I am a tech savvy retired engineer and intermittent failures are not something you send into battle or your family into the sky on an airliner.
