Kernel panic after macOS 15.0.1 update on MacBook Pro 2019

good afternoon everyone, my MacBook Pro 2019 turned into a tamagotchi after updating to macos 15.0.1, even the tamagotchi used to work better, although it could turn on, my mac crashes after entering the password, the command+R combination does not help (it also reboots), does diagnostics turn on with the D key, it says that there are no problems, on MacOS 14 Sonoma worked like clockwork, now it’s Tetris, I don’t think there is a hardware problem, the computer didn’t crash, I didn’t do anything with it at all, there aren’t even any programs on the computer, it stupidly won’t turn on, Today I booted only 1 time, it showed that there was a kernel panic, after which I sent the info to Apple and hovered the mouse cursor on safari and it crashed, advise what to do, take the computer to the service or roll back to macos Sonoma??? anyone have something like this? please advise, dear, thank you!
