Does anybody else see blue streaks on any of their long exposure night shot photos?

Some owners aren’t testing under proper conditions. Try the experiment again with your partners iPhone and do it in a very dark room and hold the lenses against a solid surface.
I had several students come to me with the issue and had photos similar to yours. When we tested in an actual darkroom, blue streaks were gone on all but 1 iPhone. I don’t think the issue is as widespread as being reported on YouTube etc. I think a lot of what we’re seeing is just improper testing. It’s worth a try at least.
Yes, Shayne Mostyn, and he’s is the first person that reported the blue line issue. He’s said, with limited testing, iPhone 16 Pro is better than iPhone 15 Pro.
Um rude much? I was just sharing my experience, I am brand new to Apple products and this forum and don’t even know how to share a photo yet. I chose to respond to your comment because you said the issue was fixed with 18.2, and maybe for some it was, for me it was caused by 18.2 where before it wasn’t an issue at all on my phone. And sorry I didn’t know about this photography quote. Sheesh man get a grip. I just replied to you with a screenshot of my test photo right before updating to 18.2, as you can see, all black, no noise. I attempted to send a second screenshot of the test photo taken immediately after 18.2 showing the purple-blue noise and it said the file size is too big and would not allow me to post it. So I guess whatever, you can choose whether or not to believe me about that, I have absolutely no reason to lie about that. But if you want to be like that, go ahead I guess….

I appreciate you sharing your image with info. I don’t see any blue streaks. Are you lightening the image quite a few stops? Are you seeing blue streaks in the image you shared?
Has Apple come up with a solution yet for our phones that do this
Not my phone but my partner’s. It has the same blue dot/line issue.
Apple needs to sort this out.
Yes I’m at 18.2. I haven’t seen anyone else report the upgrade had an impact on this. Where have you seen that? If that’s the case, should I try a factory reset?
Same here, hopefully Apple will fix this in 18.2.1 which should be released soon.
Same issue. Returning this very expensive upgrade to my 13 pro max.

This was resolved with iOS 18.2.X update I believe. It was noted in multiple YouTube videos that issue was resolved.
How are you testing it?
Definitely not resolved. Everyone that was complaining is still complaining.
