why apple wallet doesn't show me the option to add public travel cards?

UK transit companies don’t offer any transit cards, so there is nothing to show. UK transit companies accept most credit and debit cards when added to Apple Wallet app and you setup Express Transit in your Settings app > Wallet & Apple Pay for use with your payment methods.

I m based in UK
But I always use public transport cards to travel when i m on holiday .
last time i was able to add the public transport card for paris meanwhile i was in UK
