Forgot Apple ID email and the phone is broken

My mom used iPhone since I was a kid but now, she use a Samsung. She broke her iPhone since then, I want to get photos my mom have in there and I tried to use my phone number and that was her phone number before, she uses it and then gave it to me, I tried to log in with that phone number but didn’t work. She said she forgot her Apple ID email, she remembered it was hotmail address. Can someone help me though it? If you do, please share the solutions if you can. 😅

For help with an invalid/not-active/not-supported account you need to contact Apple.

To reach Apple Support for an account issue:

1. Click here --> https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=cups&PGF=PGF63005

2. Select: Disabled Apple ID

3. Select: ”The Apple ID is not active" alert

4. Select: “Continue”

5. Select a chat or telephone call option.

Contact Apple for support and service by telephone --> Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
