Bought my Iphone 14 Pro Max not from Apple, unfortunately, because they stop making them
and i bought the phone at 88% battery health. The question is, could i still get battery changed to a new one? I dont have apple store in my country. Question is how quick does a battery replacement takes time, and is it still possible to do for 14 pro max

I'm pretty sure that Apple still stocks replacement batteries, and offers replacement battery service, for the iPhone 14 Pro Max.
Around here, if you make an appointment with an Apple Authorized Service Provider, and take the phone to them, I believe they can have the phone back to you the same day. (You need to make an appointment in advance, in part so that they can check if they have spare batteries for your particular phone in stock.)

You say you don't have an Apple Store in your country, but hopefully you have Apple Authorized Service Providers. If you let someone other than Apple or an Authorized Apple Service Provider work on your phone, or install a third-party ("non-genuine") battery, Apple might refuse to touch that phone, for any problem, ever again.

Note that "battery health = 79% or less" might be the point at which Apple, or an authorized service provider, thinks that your battery needs replacing.
You might want to postpone battery replacement until the battery health declines to that level.
