Had my iPhone 16 Pro for about 3-4 days now. It’s constantly warm on the back (mostly in the middle) for me it was Snapchat. After I deleted Snapchat to see if it still was hot. It got to normal temperature. Hope Apple or Snapchat Rolls out an Update asap!

Also keep in mind that for the first few days a brand new iPhone is indexing millions of bytes of data, while you're also using the phone for for other things. Once the indexing is complete. Other things which can make a phone run warm would be cellular connectivity. If you happen to be in a location with lower cellular signal, the phone can be working hard to maintain connectivity. Make sure in Settings > Cellular > Data Options, you have it set to 5G Auto.
Apple cannot do anything with Snapchat if it was making your phone warm. Apple doesn't own Snapchat or their app. It's not unusual for an App like Snapchat to make your phone warm however, especially if you were watching videos, which naturally makes the battery work harder, which naturally generates heat.
