When I open Voice memos I find a message that tells me that now I can have the automatic TRANSCRIPT of a memo. But then if I click on the 3 dots or in EDIT I don't find it. I have the last updated iOS version, iPhone SE2020 and I recorded inItalian.

You're still tapping on the three dots. Don't do that.
I did leave out a step. Once you tap on the wave form, on the next screen, you'll need to tap on the conversation bubble icon in the lower left.
I have voice memo which I saved when I press on the 3 dots the menu which open doesn’t provide for view transcript
Doesn't work for me either. I have an xR iPhone (maybe too old) but 18.2 iOS. Region is UK, keyboard is UK. Not sure if it only works with US English.
I really need this feature. Oh, and it works on my iPad so forget the phone maybe?
