Why does my call go dead when I ring someone?

Whenever I try to ring someone my side is dead while the person I call rings like normal but when they pick up the line is dead same when the Other way round it only does this some times and works perfectly other doesn’t seem to matter how much service I have any help massively helpful driving me mad

iPhone 13 Pro randomly does not ring when I receive incoming calls My iPhone 13 Pro has randomly not been ringing for incoming calls. This is a problem when I am expecting a callback from a doctor or a hospital. The do not disturb is NOT on, my ringer is set at the HIGHEST volume, and Bluetooth is NOT connected to another device. 1st call goes straight to voicemail, 2nd call goes through When others call me, the first call always goes straight to voice mail while the second call would go through. This happens regardless of whether they're in my contact list or not. After the second call goes through, if you wait like 5-10 minutes and call me again, it'd go back to being the first call and won't go through. There's nothing wrong with my service since I share a package with my family and their phones are all fine. I tried restarting but it didn't work.
